This may be a ‘too long didn’t read’ review, but for the plus size mamas to be I think it’s worth it, especially as I personally couldn’t find any reviews/feedback relating to what I was looking for. I bought the plus size band as I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant, plus size (usually size 22 UK) and verrrrry uncomfortable. The weight of the baby/my belly on my bladder was getting me down and the ache from my back was non - stop. I bought this as I thought it was cheap enough to give it a go, and it’s the best thing I’ve done.Now - when I first opened the pack my initial thought was ‘this is never going to fit’, but then I saw the Velcro was done up and it was actually twice the size! You could probably wear this up to a size 28/30UK, if not bigger. I’m about a 24 now and the belt wraps about 3/4’s of the way back to the front. The entire strap will adhere to the Velcro pad to secure it, so it really is ‘one size fits most’.I put it on, starting with the padded area towards the bottom of my bump and tightened it around my hips. I didn’t feel much difference at all but then had my partner help me out. He pulled it tighter but also sat it around my waist, so that it did give that lift of the belly. The support on my back felt amazing but it wasn’t until I took the band off that I realised just how much support it was on my bladder.I’ve used this band to go shopping - before I’d maybe do one shop and ache too much to go on, but with the band I managed 5 different shops around town Christmas shopping and felt pretty good! The downside I’m personally finding with it is that it isn’t all that comfortable if you’re sitting down in it for too long - but this could just be due to my chubby figure and excess ‘love handles’. Loosening it helps with the discomfort around my waist but then I loose some of the support so for me it defeats the purpose.Overall, my opinion of this band is excellent and I highly recommend it for those that are on the go. You may need to play around and adjust it to accommodate your needs, but it’s honestly been a godsend for me.

I bought this as I turned 26 weeks pregnant and I was suffering with severe Pelvic Girdle Pain. I'm not the skinniest of people so having this really benefits taking the pressure off of my pelvis alongside my growing bump. It doesn't take the pain away completely but it at least helps support my back and enables me to walk a little longer before having to rest my legs again, it also massively helps take the weight off of lower belly. Fully recommend.

I'm not pregnant but I am a little bit chubby and find most of the back supports you can order online are designed for tiny people not anyone with a perimenopausal tum. So I ordered this in desperation and it really does help. When I know I've got a very physical day coming up with work, I put this on (usually backwards so the bump support is on my lower back where my injury is) and it seems to work a treat in just holding me together for the day and preventing spasms. It's very soft and stretchy so I pull it a little tight for extra support. Wore it on a hot day and it was a little warm but not too bad.

Although I had to return this product it was not the products issue but the discomfort of my fiancee.The belt itself is adjustable and made of good quality material.The positioning of my daughter didn’t allow for the full comfort of the belt and didn’t provide the correct support in the right place. This is going to be a trial and error purchase and I am sure that for 90% a females this will work really well

Even with alottttt of pelvic pain early on in the pregnancy this belt has allowed me to still move around and get things done. It has also helped with lower back pain. The difference without it is huge!I’m a size 16 usually and have definitely put inches on my waist during the past few months and it still fits fine, Velcro has always held well too. Adjustable tightness is handy
