Tasty but not overpowering
Really nice to add to pasta sauce or salad dressing, especially for pasta puttanesco. I'm not a big fan of anchovies, but I do like to use a touch of the paste, which adds some of the flavor without being overpowering. It stores really well in the fridge. Very convenient in its small tube, which doesn't leak. Lasts quite a long time in the fridge.

Never thought I’d be buying anchovy paste on Amazon, but my local grocery store was out; and I’m so glad I did. The Cento brand is always reliable, and this paste is no exception. Good, easy
I trust this brand, and this is easier than opening an entire tin of achovies, although I would still use them rather than paste on my best dishes; but this paste provides the deep back flavor you want in a good sauce.
