Q: Can this scale be used to weight people on a wheelchair?

You could put a large enough piece of plywood on the scale, zero/ tare the scale, then put the wheelchair on top. Large enough platform and no dents.

Q: Does anyone know if this scale's auto off setting can be adjusted on time or even turned off entirely? My current scale auto offs at 2 minutes

Mine never turns off, I did not have to change any settings.
