I am using it from more than 1 year now. It is a very convenient product. We used to have traditional thermometer, but that takes time to get reading. It is a much smart product. I will say it gives about 90 percent time correct reading. It gives you rough idea about person have fever or not. Must have if you have small kids, it is very tough to get their reading with traditional thermometers. Only thing I didn't liked is - packaging was not good.

Need to improve the plastic quality

The product is very useful. It's easier to handle. It is worth the money we pay for this product. But it would be helpful if it comes with user manual.
