So Awesome!!
We use this at least twice a week! It's perfect! We usually take 1 pound of hamburger, divide it in half, and in no time, we have two huge half pound burgers. I usually make 2 meals off of mine...but hubby puts his on a bun with cheese and a slice of tomato and has a meal. I chop mine up and add it to lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and either dip bits in mayo or cover in a spray of olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar. The grills are easy to remove and clean when they cool, nothing sticks to the surface at all. The grill is big enough to hold both big burgers with no problem and the drain tray is large enough to collect all the fat. It cooks evenly and seems to be very durable for as often as we use it. It heats up quickly and cools down by the time we are finished eating. We like the color and size of the unit. It's worth every penny.

Great Grill...Great Price
I needed a new electric grill, my old one was also a George Foreman Grill but it was old and small, everything stuck to the grill so hard to clean the grill pans do not come off to clean, I decided to try this new grill and I am so happy with it, the grill pans come off so you can clean them in the sink or in the dish washer, everything on the grill comes off with such ease, this new one is larger, works great, food comes out perfect. Great purchase for my kitchen.I do recommend.

Great indoor grill.
To start, a few things I didn’t take into account for my review: 1. I knew before buying this that it wasn’t a “4 person” sized grill. 2. No temperature control (my original didn’t have one either). 3. Dual lights, one for power on, one for when it’s at temp. On my original, the light came on when it was plugged in and went off when it was hot. 4. The drip try doesn’t attach to the grill. Again same as my original.I’ve had the original George Foreman grill that I believe came out in “94 or “95 for just about since it first came out, and it’s worked great for me with no problems. It still works, but the coating is starting to come off (and it’s always been a bit difficult to clean anyway), so decided it was time to get a new one.I saw this one with removable plates and after reading reviews for this and other brands, I decided this is the one I wanted. Right out of the box I noticed this one was lighter than my old one (not necessarily a bad thing), what with newer and lighter materials and all. I took it to the kitchen, read the instructions and plugged it in for the initial “burn in”. I made sure to turn on my range hood exhaust first!! Washed it, dried and put it back together. The cord is shorter than my original one, but most new appliances have shorter cords for safety reasons. The grill plates are definitely slick, they are non-stick after all. Some foods (Ie. frozen) do have a tendency to slide forward when you first put them on, but I found if you hold them in place for a few seconds, they stay in position so you can close the top half. The non-stick surface works great. I made a grilled cheese (with too much cheese), so of course it oozed out onto the grill and browned, but wiped right off with no problem. Being removable, they’re much easier to clean. The reasons for not giving it five stars… it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my original. It doesn’t heat and brown as evenly, probably due to the fact that the plates are thinner. Lastly, and this is trivial, it doesn’t come with a slotted spatula. Not a big deal, as I still have the one that came with my original. Plus, you can buy ones on Amazon if you really want one.

Really good indoor grill, easy to use and to clean due to removable plates
I recently replaced my old, still functioning smaller George Foreman grill with this one. I liked the older one, but it was something of a drag to clean, since I had to be careful not to get it too wet below the plates, as they weren't detachable. I didn't use it as much because of this. Also, some of the non-stick coating had rubbed off over the years, probably from my using Pam-type sprays in the past. This one has plates which come off and can easily be washed in the sink with a bit of dish soap and something like a Scrub Daddy sponge (and not steel wool). That it's easy to clean is a real plus in my wanting to use it more often than the old one. It's really probably best cooking for 1-2 people at a time, as you might have to cook a second batch for 2 more people, since you'd be kind of jam-packing the available grill space. There's no temperature control or knobs; you simply plug it in, wait about 4 1/2 minutes for the other light to come on to alert you that it's heated up enough, and then add your food. It grills both sides of the food at once, so no need to flip it. I've cooked turkey burgers, boneless chicken breasts, hot dogs, grilled cheese so far and plan to try salmon and other things soon. You might want to experiment how long you want to cook things, as 4 minutes for a turkey burger certainly cooked it, but, as advertised, it drains a lot of the fat from the food. Perhaps a little less time might keep a bit more of the juices. The fat collects in the plastic reservoir, which is placed in front of the machine and is easily cleaned when you've finished cooking. To turn off the machine, simply unplug it. Of course, leave some time for the plates and the machine to cool down before attempting to remove the plates to clean them. I'd also recommend not using Pam or other kinds of sprays which have added chemicals which will rub off the non-stick surface. Instead, I use a plastic spray bottle and use real olive or other oil to spray on if you wish to do so. This grill won't heat the house, either. The first time you use it, the instruction book tells you to run it for like 15 minutes without any food in it to burn off any residuals chemicals, and it might smell or smoke which it says is normal. That happened as they said, but after that, it works really well, no smell except for the food being cooked, and I am very happy with my purchase.
