These lights are a good value for the price ($37)! As other reviewers have stated, the metal track goes together easily - simply push the pieces together and fasten them each with two small (provided) screws using the provided screwdriver. The silicone strip holding the LEDs does take a little effort to push into the track - you just need strong thumbs. Be sure to follow the instructions and install the bottom end of the strip first and then the top. Then do the middle and finish it off. The silicone strip should snap in neatly all the way up and down the track. Then, push the entire pole into the base and fasten with the set screw and provided Allen wrench. The app has a bunch of installed "scenes" with different color combinations. I couldn't understand why some scenes are named the way they are (for example, "Independence Day" has Red, Blue and Green lights shooting up the pole). But I'm pretty much going to use this light in one color anyway. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the light.

My children are always telling Alexa what color to make the light. It works well and pleases the children!

Awesome lighting. Wish it would connect to WiFi tho

This light was super simple to assemble, and I didn't even need directions. So many different settings and light combinations. It really will add life to any space. My boys have this in their game room, and they love it.

i liked this decently, it seems well made, was SUPER tall, awesome colors, etc. buttttt, we have our lights controlled by the light switch b/c its hooked up to our wall outlet/plug. But every time we flicked the switch, the color would reset, and it just kept flashing red b/c thats probably the first "setting" on the light, so every time we walked into our bedroom and turned the light switch on it would just flash red. it was super annoying and demonic after a while, we had to return it. i wish it would have stayed on the color we choose each time we turned it of/on, but it wasn't smart enough to do that. so we returned it. also, it was kinda wobbly, the base wasn't super sturdy. all in all, not sure i'd recommend this :(

Assembly was simple and straightforward—I barely glanced at the instructions and was able to figure it out just by piecing the parts together. The most challenging step was inserting the LED strip into the connecting rod. It requires a fair amount of force to get the lip seated properly, and sometimes the opposite side would pop back up, which was frustrating. The base is heavy enough to keep the lamp from tipping over if it’s bumped, which is a plus. However, the pole itself has a slight lean that I can’t seem to correct. I’m hesitant to tighten the set screw any further because I don’t want to damage the aluminum. The lights are bright, and I appreciate the dual control options—the power button on the wall outlet for manual use and the included remote for adjusting color, movement, and other settings. Those features work well. Pros: Easy assembly Bright LED lighting Remote control for color and effects Stable base Cons: LED strip installation is tricky Pole has a slight lean Overall fit and finish feels a bit cheap Bottom Line: It’s a decent lamp with good lighting features, but the build quality and alignment issues keep it from being great. If you’re okay with a few imperfections, it’s functional and stylish enough for the price.
