I tried reaching out to BalanceFrom, but can’t seem to get a message back. Their customer service number is a voicemail box and it’s full. I messaged their customer service dept directly and I’m not sure their customer service dept actually exists. To be clear I was contacting them to get the balls I was shorted, not to get an entire order replaced. Balls are sturdy. Definitely crush free. Smaller than I thought, but they do the job. Would be a whole lot better if they sent the amount of balls in the bag that they advertise. I bought 400, they looked super small so I counted them and I only had 379 balls instead of the full 400. I got a ball pit for my 3 year old for his birthday and he saw them before I counted so there really wasn’t an option for me to replace them. Are they worth the buy? I mean sure they are decent quality and do the job, but I wouldn’t expect to get the amount you order.

My sense of what 400 balls would look like was a little off—I expected more—but they did fill the small ball pit structure I built. The balls are soft, bouncy, and fun, but they squish easily. If you have a dog that likes to chew, I’d recommend mixing in some sturdier balls or different sizes for variety and durability. For clarity, I bought these for my dog, not for children. Overall, a good value for the price.

Awesome durable balls! With Very vibrant color

I had browsing for these little toy balls for a while now. I am so glad I didn't commit to buying anything until I found these. The other sellers while the balls might be pretty colors I read reviews about how the balls are super small. These are not the traditional primary colors which is nice. They're very nice the softer blue and green add a nice touch of color to the pink orange and red. The quantity you can't beat. I think its the perfect amount of balls for a ball pit. They did come in a zippered mesh bag I was pretty excited for my little one to play with them so I took them out right away 😅 and she did she loved them. I also have a playmat in the ball pit to offer a bit of cushion since I have hardwood floors. Incase your wondering. But even without it there's plenty of balls to cover the entire ball pit.

I love it, especially my kids. I put it the playpen I bought also in amazon. It looks cool! Will definitely buy another set.

I bought these for my puppy to have a ball pit. She absolutely loves them, but they are no match for her puppy shark teeth. They do easily get teeth marks in them and she crushes them in her mouth. BUT the fun she has with them makes them well worth it. This is the second time I have bought these for her because she loves to jump in her pit and play with them every day. When my friends bring their kids over they also love to play with them. Ages range from 1-8 and they all have a great time, but the balls are easily crushed by them too. Still I would say that the fun they have is worth it, but I took away one star just because the ad says they are crush proof when they are not.

Decent balls for kids to play with. They easily get crushed though.
