2 years later, and the laptop is performing very well...fast and dependable

Damaged product
Recived damaged product and have to go through a long and complex process. No replacement policy available only return but can't get help from order section.

Speakers and Heat can be improved.
Performance wise the laptop is very good and works well. The modern features like the pen and touch display works flawlessly. It was a gift to my girlfriend and he told me 2 things which is not good about this laptop. 1. Speakers are very low, cheap quality and you cant hear anything if you are outside or not in a quite place 2. Laptop heats, it heats up quite a lot like 70-79 degrees when in ideal.

Recommended for professionals
Product is great. Comes with a pen, finger print scanner and a slim 360° laptop. All the specs are mentioned already. I want to clarify two doubts that I saw in the reviews: 1. The charging cable for the pen is not included with the product and is mentioned clearly with product box. It needs to be purchased separately. But that's not required cz it can be charged by any type C cable. 2. Product warranty comes expired or expiring in 3-4 months. Thats because HP by default registers product warranty from the date of manufacture. You just need to call customer support, show the proof of purchase and update the warranty. 3. Also, there is no difference in ek1010TU or 1148TU

Technical issue within a short span.
System network connectivity has gone within 13 months. This is the first time I had such experience while using laptop. My previous laptops viz Dell & Apple Mac book has worked more than 5 years without having any issues. When I submitted the claim to Oneassist, they said that the P slip is not matching with the Sl no of the item

Value for money
Great product by HP! The laptop performs very well and offers good value for money. However, the battery backup is comparatively lower than other brands. If HP improves the battery performance, it would be an excellent all-round laptop.
