Fiber good, taste & convenient gummies
All good with these gummy’s, much better than having a chalky glass of something. Taste is consistent and easy to remember.

Works well! Easy to take & tastes good.
It works well!… and a much easier way to take Metamucil. I started on Mounjaro (for insulin resistance) a few months ago. My doctor advised to take something to prevent constipation… the gummies are much easier than the powder (i can’t stomach the texture) and so far work very well. I end up taking 4-5 per day… and have to remember to drink a lot of water! 💦 Bonus is that they taste good and include other important vitamins as well. 👍
