So far so good. First night I noticed stomach issues/acid were better. Slept great. I put under mattress. On top too soft. Love the 7” lift. 5” would not have made a difference for me.

I am very enthusiastic about this product! I purchased it to deal with several symptoms related to the need to elevate my head at night. This is NOT the same as getting a wedge pillow that only elevates from head to hips. This 7 inch elevation mattress wedge (which also comes in a 5 inch elevation) allows the entire body to benefit. The most prominent symptom I was having was vertigo on rising, sometimes severe. In literally the first use of this wedge, the symptoms left. I now understand that the glymphatic system of the brain (YES, with a 'g') needs to properly drain at night and if it does not, there can be difficulties. Well, mine are gone. Along with others. Just opened this mattress elevator. Expecting a chemical or plastic oder. Literature stated “may initially have slight odor.” Nope, instead a very strong oder like a bucket of day old fish. One star until I can further assess. Willing to wait to see if it dissipates. UPDATE: the smell completely dissipated! The quality of the foam wedge seems very good. It didn’t give a bit with my very heavy mattress on top. I thought it would immediately flatten under the weight. It was easy to set up and I have slept well for the past several nights. Four stars for quality and functionality.

Exactly what I wanted. I no longer have to bend at the waist to sleep elevated. I'm a side sleeper so that got to be uncomfortable. The gentle slope is perfect. It helps with both reflux and vertigo. It works best under the mattress.

It took me 6 weeks to off-gas the unhealthy and nasty toxic fumes of the foam in my spare room, with the window open and fan on. Don't let anyone tell you it's just an unpleasant scent. It's toxic to anyone that breathes. Now that I can actually put it in my bed I see that it's WAY too soft, so put in under my mattress and now it's made the whole thing too soft and is killing my back to sleep on it. And now after about 2 weeks of sleeping on it the side I'm sleeping on is lower than the other side. It's too late to return it and it actually cost me more than it's advertised for now. It's a total fail, sorry to say.. I'm going to buy an adjustable bed frame so that I can raise the head of the bed up. Boo.

It fits well and is very well made. The height is perfect. I am still able to get into the bed easily.

The wedge is comfortable, sturdy, and it keeps me cool at night (unlike my mattress that makes me wake up sweaty every morning). Yet, the biggest issue I have with this wedge is it slips all over from me getting in and off the bed! Even right after I centered the wedge over my bed it would start sliding off and at an angle. It got so bad that I bought velcro strips to keep it in place. Guess what: it's still moving, but not nearly as much as it did... but still extremely annoying for when I have a guest over of a certain variety. I still snore loudly, and I think it helps me a tiny bit with my acid reflux.
