I love that this comes with changeable weights to get adjusted. I’m just starting off at the lowest and able to add weights per 1lb. The vets itself it comfortable and straps are easily adjustable as well.Glad it comes with a front pouch to hold small items like keys or phone. Highly recommend for extra body weight

The vest is much larger than pictured. I am 5'4" and 120lb. The 45 lb vest sits around my waist, not my chest as the picture depicts. I got a closer look of the advertisement on the box and it's definitely photoshopped onto some models. They're not wearing it. Here's a picture of me wearing it. It's big! But it *should* serve the purpose. It's not snug, but it's tight enough that I don't think it will slide around too much. I'll update the review if that turns out to not be true.

I have purchased three of these weight vests of increasing weight. I like the adjustability and the ability to balance the added weights between the front and back. They're easy to don and doff.The lightest weight one apparently had a small hole in the shoulder strap that left brown stains on a couple of white shirts.The middle weight one had a strap that detached from the vest making it impossible to use. That happened to occur when I was ready to buy the next size up, so I didn't pursue a repair or replacement option.It would be nice if there was a keeper of some kind to hold the loose ends of the connection straps and keep them from dangling.
