I rest so well taking this. It doesn't make me sleepy or groggy, it just makes the sleep you get restful. Midwife recommended it, you can take it take during your pregnancy. I'll be continuing taking it after. Only takes a small amount, so great value, good quality, no side effects.

Wow— I suffer from RLS ( Restless Leg Syndrome) and this is a game changer. I no longer have to take prescription medication to help me sleep. I am SO grateful.Before bed, I take 1/2 the length of the glass syringe sublingually. It doesn’t make me feel drowsy, just relaxed. However, it allows me to fall asleep and stay asleep without feeling like I am under the influence of a sedative. I’ve tried other things that allow me to feel sleepy but they don’t stop the RLS.
