Lightweight, easy to use. Strong enough to pick up jeans on the floor or cat bowl of food, precise enough to pick up cat toy (small ball). I liked being able to order 2 in a box, I keep one upstairs and one downstairs.edit: have had these awhile now. I don't know how I ever lived without them, seriously. If you got back or knee problems or other reasons you shouldn't be bending over (I also have eye problems) these are a game changer. I no longer have to wonder when I drop something if its really worth all the effort to get down to pick it up LOL. I'm 49 and try to be as active as possible but I got alot of health problems and I'm not one to use stuff like this but I bought because I have retinal issues and I was told not to bend down so much. I ended up finding out I use these for everything! Pick up clothes off the floor, pick up the dog/cat bowls and put them back down, pick up laundry off floor, pick up shoes out of closet and sometimes use to help hold shoe so I can get foot in. Even been great with the cat, she likes to play with the toy ball so its easy for me to pick up and toss back too her. And the fact that there are 2 of these helps to make sure one is close by or you can leave in a car to take with you, etc. Even helps with house work, my mother...LOVES...throw rugs lol, so when I vac her house I used to have to squat down to get under them, I just carry this around with me and use it to pick up an edge of the carpet and get under the rug. You will be amazed at how often you use these.

As I get older, things magically slip to the ground like all the time. I looked for this type of grabber tool and was happy to get two in one package. These are so handy if you have back or knee issues and like me, it takes a couple of minutes to pick up stuff off the floor like papers, pencils, keys, and other small items . This has rubber grippers on it for holding things including pet dishes securely, and there is a small magnet on the outside of the grippers that I have used to pick up keys and a heavy pair of scissors. The grippers can also swivel to get in tight spaces. I don’t necessarily care that it folds for storage or travel, because I don’t use that feature, but you might like it. This grabber tool is lightweight and is great to have on hand. Also great gift for elderly friends or relatives.

This tool is indispensable! I have had reachers before or grabbing tools. Whatever you want to call this but this one really works great. It's got a little magnet on it to pick up small metal pieces. You can pick up almost a hair off the ground with this grabber. It is that good and to get a 2 pack is it's wonderful!. I'm in a wheelchair. I'm an amputee working on becoming independent when I get my prosthetic leg but until then having this tool around to pick things up is just makes life so much easier

These are good and so is the price. I wish they came in black/white, or gray. The ones I received are blue and orange.Blue and orange are not my favorite colors. I have no blue or orange in my house.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My hospital didn't provide these tools, they said, just order the kit from Amazon. I use most of these daily. As anyone who's been thru hip surgery there is no bending, no leg crossing, limited movements so tools like this are essential for dressing, undressing, picking up things from the floor, putting on socks. Recovery is a pain in the neck, but these are essential to me. Still using them, still recovering, surgery was 6-10-25.

This reacher is a must have for anyone having hip surgery. With no bending beyond 90 degrees for several weeks, this came in so handy, picking up dropped items, assisting getting dressed, loved two in a pack… left one upstairs and one downstairs. Trust me these will become your besties for several weeks. Great value for the price and they are sturdy, they can even pick up very small items.

I suffer from long Covid so bending down to pick something up off the floor carries a real risk of falling over. So I purchased these grabbers and they are without doubt the greatest things ever. So much so that we have 10 of them in the house. They make the impossible, possible. They are perfect for picking up light weight clothing on the floor while grabbing a bottle of shampoo. They are lightweight easy to use and also have a magnet on the grabbers for picking up keys.I simply don’t have the words to praise these grammar sufficiently. If you have trouble bending down to pick something off the floor or reaching out for something, that’s just a little too far, this is the answer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a very useful tool. Especially when you need to grab trash among plants. Or you don't have easy access to an upright dust bin and broom. $20 for 2 of them is a good deal.
