Specialized shoes for deadlifting and a great all-around lifting shoe for your strength workouts. The soles are thin and flat to decrease pulling distance. A thin sole means the barbell is higher up from the floor relative to the athlete. This allows for more weight to be lifted since the pulling distance becomes shorter. Specialized footwear protects the feet from injuries related to heavy lifting. Protects athletes’ feet from platypodia (flattening of the arches). This shoe provides maximum stability for the ankle. The soles are made from materials that do not have any give which results in a good surface to push against. The pattern and side support on the outsole minimizes slipping. Review: Size up 1 full size from your notorious lifts. I had bought these in a 38 which is the same size as my deadlift slippies and they are kind of tight unless I wear thin socks Review: Good fit I'm a 13w and these were perfect fit like rock climbing shoes . When you set up for lift you feel exceptionally steady. No rolling or moving what so ever. Only reason for 4vs 5 stars don't think these will hold up they look cheap. Although I wear a twelve, what was advertised as a 12.5 was way too small. When processing the return, I learned that they would charge a $5.86 fee for a return and I had to take it to UPS, not Kohl's or Whole Foods, and had to prepare the return box myself. Will not be buying from this seller again.

Had to send 3 times and finally got the supposed right size. Well with minimum of use the shoe would bend weird at the toes. Im a power lifter and promote brands and i woulnt mind to try his new shoes to see if material feels better but oh well thats up to them
