I love this hat! It’s super warm but just so you know, it’s kind of tight so I can’t wear my bangs down and it doesn’t cover your neck at all. The piercings come in a separate bag so you can customize them. I can usually wear my headphones inside my hats but this one is so tight, it has to be on the outside. I am aware of these flaws and I would still strongly recommend.

Amazon asked “did this meet my expectations” and honestly, it exceeded them. I thought this was going to be a too good to be a good quality product, and I expected it to be cheap. I’m glad I was wrong and I’m glad I got this! It’s snug and tight fitting (but comfortable bc it’s a thick soft fabric) just beware of make up getting smudged and smeared. It’s warm! It’s soft! It looks cool as hell and I love it.

I got the black cat ear one. I’m a man and got size M. It fits my head and looks very cool. Great value for the price… it is warm, but doesn’t protect from strong winds. I’m in Chicago with 13 degree weather. I noticed I was warm but sometimes the wind blows through. It’s not terrible. Ideally that wouldn’t happen, though. Also, the neck part should be more narrow. It’s too open and doesn’t hold your neck and bottom face so wind can get in it. It’s not long enough to tuck into your jacket really and it also doesn’t look as cool as it could because the bottom part is so wide. Lastly, the updated ears are perfection. The little metal rings are cool. It reminds me of Balenciaga or something. I just wish the quality was better. I’d be willing to pay double if the quality was increased and the bottom of the mask was streamlined/elongated for practical use.

I only knocked off a star because I think they should've included a 2nd pair of earring accessories instead of 1. Besides that I have no complaints! I'm a petite average woman and it fit me perfectly. I saw a review on here complaining about the hat being too small, and I think that's ridiculous. That reviewer must have a child's head. The size is average and might feel tighter for people with bigger heads. Thankfully this wasn't the case for me. The material is a good quality and made out of a soft stretchy yarn. Since it's woven you won't feel too overheated wearing it. It's thick but has holes due to it being woven. It's good for those colder autumn days or warmer winter days. I like that it's snug around the eye area, but doesn't press down on the mouth area like a a ski mask. It's worth buying. I'd like to buy it in another color at some point, but they don't have a lot of color options for the bear or cat design. Also, I wear glasses and couldn't wear mine with this hat on; so invest in some contacts if you don't have 20/20 vision.

I only have good things to say here. Firstly, the seller was excellent at taking initiative to follow up to ensure I received the product. The communication was 100% on point. Second the product quality and fit is great. The knit feels so soft, breathable and warm and the ears are so sturdy. I have a small head so I just need to pull it down tighter but the sizing is so versatile it would fit much larger head's. Also it's great that you can decide how you want to put on the chains or if you don't want them at all. It was also very well packaged and clean. And lastly, the bonus topper, it arrived a couple of weeks earlier than expected -on my actual birthday-what a pleasant surprise! Amazing piece and amazing service.
