I’ve been taking this for almost a month now, and have had zero complaints or negative side effects. To be perfectly honest, I take one in the morning, a coffee an hour later and my brain feels like it’s working on 5 processors without and latency. Thoughts and organization are calm, I’m not having anxious/stress related chest pain barely anymore, and overall feel like I have enough prolonged, stable energy. Sleeping has been easier as well, but staying asleep is an issue; if you enjoy sleeping until noon like I do on weekends. Obviously, I’m not a Dr or marketing person; I’m speaking from my month experience with the product. I started taking it because all my lab work and organs are apparently extremely healthy, so I’m just fat from stress. I’ve lost 5lbs since I’ve taken it, and I’m quite ok with that, if this is going to be my new day to day. On that note, goodnight.

The blend of magnesium, ashwagandha, and adaptogens works well without making me drowsy. Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and I appreciate the clean ingredients. It’s become a part of my daily routine.

I take these in my night routine to cut down on multiple other vitamins, which ends up being both cost and time effective. I’d say it works / is effective and functions. Good quality and I rest well.

That the product inside the capsule dries up after a couple of weeks. I had the cap secured. That was not the issue. That was my second bottle which I did not have a problem with with. I reached out to the manufacturer, because supplements aren’t returnable, 3(three) times. They never responded. So much for customer service 😕
