Replacement head fit issue
I called customer support today and found out that if you pull off the toothbrush head and replace the brush and you see plastic it means the plastic insert has been separated from the head. Just pull off the plastic and then the replacement heads will fit. Since these are bamboo heads the plastic insert can separate due to having less plastic parts in the item. Once I figured this out the replacements fit perfectly

Love Lumineux products
The bristles very soft and durability is so good. Team this up with Lumineux toothpaste and whiten pen so good. Can’t go wrong with theses brush heads.

Electric toothbrush, heads that don’t fit
I have purchased these replacement heads off of Amazon for over a year and this is the first time I have ordered and none of them fit the electric toothbrush that they go on.

LOW vision user
I have low vision and I’m using Siri to write this. Please excuse any strange words. I spent about a half hour on Amazon trying to find these there’s several different manufacturers but these look to be made by the actual company that makes the toothbrush so I’m hoping that they work out. You certainly don’t get as many as the cheaper brand, but I was looking for the same quality as the one that came with the toothbrush. I’m very happy with it And appreciate it, and I know where to look in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review my review and I know Siri messed this up, but that’s OK.

Replacement heads do not fit
At first I was annoyed because it appeared that none of the replacement heads fit the base of the toothbrush properly. But after reaching out to Lumineux customer service, i realized that the plastic part from the last head was just stuck on the metal part, making it seem like the new head didn't fit properly (others wrote similar reviews, so I guess this happens a lot).. anyways, if the replacement isn't fitting properly, make sure the metal part is showing!
