Get ya protein in
Easy cost efficient way to get your protein in. It tastes good, smells good. Seems like there is a lot of sugar but there’s only 1. Not thick slightly gritty but guess what… you can easily drink it!

Tastes gross!
These have such a gross, chalky taste and consistency to it! I choked down one and threw away the rest because it made me nauseous. It’s like drinking straight chalk with a little bit of liquid. Waste of money!

Not all flavors are good
These are great for quick protein shot. They are thick so I suggest take sip of this and follow with sip of water.
