I started Almased April 2, 2025 , I lost 7 lbs in 5 days so far . The best diet ever !! I never feel hungry and I definitely have more energy . I absolutely love this ! These shakes taste quite good, even if only including water and powder in the shaker. Very easy and convenient. I tried both the vanilla and original and I liked the original best. I gave 4 stars because I hoped that even though they are only dairy and soy (the dairy being skim milk and cultured) that the dairy would not be a problem for me -- but I once again had to learn that I personally have to avoid all forms of dairy products. Otherwise, I think it's a great meal replacement shake.

Have been drinking almased for a long time but this order is very weird. The powder does not blend with water and stays in its own granules that are very unpleasant to consume. It also separates from water and tastes gross.

I bought this hoping it would help with weight loss. It did not. But, it did help with sustaining energy for about 3-4 hours and I was not hungry. The taste is almost nothing, kind of chalky but not offensive. I like all the vitamins etc in it but wouldn’t recommend for weight loss.
