4 cats, 3 long hair, these tools are a huge help to me
The roller works great for flat surfaces, I use it on carpeted cat shelves and it takes the fur off really well. It is a little tricky to clear out the fur - I open the back and manually roll it back and forth while pulling the hair out. But besides that it’s pretty easy. The little diamond shape thing is very versatile - I’ll try to get better photos next time if I remember before cleaning but in the attached photo you can see the bottom of my grey cat tree before using the tool and then one of my boys modeling with all the fur that was pulled off with it. Be sure to experiment with every side to find which tines work best or which combo of sides work best. It also works great for getting fur and junk out of the corners of cat trees or around the edging of carpet. Use it to pull the fur and random junk from the edges of your carpet that your vacuum can’t reach then manually pick up or vacuum.I haven’t found it to damage any surfaces although could see the tines on the diamond tool fraying low quality carpet but no more than a vacuum would - they aren’t hard tines they’re rubbery. It’s more likely the tines will wear down first. Neither work well on loose surfaces though - for example we have a couch cover and it moves under the tool too much for it to work well.

It works...however
I have a 7 month Doberman and his hair is not "fur" like the fluffy types of dogs. His hair is more needle like. The bigger "link roller" type tool does kind of work...I think it would work best for fluffy hair types. My only real complaint is the placement of the button to open the compartment for cleaning. When holding the tool its natural for the thumb to rest on top, the problem is the thumb pressure often times pops the compartment open. Not a deal breaker though because like I said, it does work. The silicone tool works really well on the type of fabric my couch is. My couch fabric is woven like so the hair does get stuck. The silicone tool is big maybe palm sized, doesnt feel cheap. It is an awkward shape though and holding it feels awkward especially having to make several scraping motions so that also takes a toll on my shoulder and hands. But none the less, they work & Im happy with them.

An affordable must have for lint and pet hair clean up
The media could not be loaded. If you've used sticky sheet lint and hair removal tools, I'm confident you wished there was something less tedious then peeling off sheet after sheet of lint, hair and debris. Do sticky sheet rollers work? absolutely, their one of the greatest inventions ever! However, what if there was something easier with 90% less work that did approximately 90% of the work sticky sheet rollers do? There is! This tool! This tool is amazing! just roll it back and forth with just the right amount of pressure to make the brush part of the roll go back and forth and make a clicking sound when change direction with the going back and forth motion. Do not lift it on the ends of the stroke. Simple leave it gently pressed to the surface and roll back and forth. After a few mins of rolling it you may check the compartment for what its picked up from the surface. You'll be pleasantly amazed by what its picked up, all without peeling annoying layers and layers of sticky paper from the roller. Yes, you need both. You need this AND the sticky roller because there's areas this tool will not pick up because of surface contours or irregularities in the surface. I highly recommend you give this tool a try. For cleaning furniture, beds, clothes etc.

Little silicone tool is wonderful
The silicone scraper tool is probably the best tool I've used to get animal hair out of the car carpet. The larger brush however did nothing. Definitely not what I thought it was going to be. But happy I purchased for the small silicone scraper tool.

The best. Works great to pick up All for off couch.
this is the best cat for roller I have found. We have multiple cats in the house and I’m able to keep my couch and bed for free, which is important to two allergies.

Works well
With 3 dogs I have a lot of hair on the couch and recliner. This product did a good job at picking up the hair and was easier to use than a lint brush. Cleaning it is easy and I think this is a good product for the price.
