Good memory card!
Works well with my camera and my card reader. I formatted in the camera to make sure it was compatible. I have not run any speed tests, but it seems fine. Good size card, I don't need a terabyte! Good price for a name brand card of this size.

Works well for Canon R8 camera
I've been using the Samsung PRO Plus Full Size 256GB SDXC card for a while now, and it has consistently proven to be a highly reliable and efficient storage solution for my demanding photography and videography needs. While it's not a perfect 5/5, its strong performance, particularly in data transfer rates, makes it a solid 4/5 in my book. This SDXC card has become my go-to for capturing high-resolution photos and 4K video. The 256GB capacity provides ample space, allowing me to shoot extensively without constantly worrying about running out of storage, which is crucial during long events or travels.Where this card truly shines is its data transfer rate. Whether I'm offloading hundreds of RAW images from a photoshoot or transferring large video files, the speed is noticeably impressive. It significantly cuts down on the time spent waiting for files to move, which is a huge productivity booster. This consistent high-speed performance ensures that my camera's buffer clears quickly, allowing for continuous burst shooting without interruption, which is essential for capturing fast-paced action.I've used it across various devices, including my Canon R8 camera and a high-speed card reader, and it has maintained its excellent performance. It feels robust and well-built, giving me confidence that my valuable data is secure. The reason for the 4/5 instead of a perfect score is minor, perhaps just a slight wish for an even more competitive price point, or maybe some additional extreme durability features, though it has held up perfectly fine under normal use. For the vast majority of users, this card offers an excellent balance of speed, capacity, and reliability. In conclusion, if you're a photographer or videographer looking for a dependable, high-speed SDXC card that can keep up with demanding workflows, the Samsung PRO Plus Full Size 256GB SDXC card is an excellent choice. It delivers on its promises and provides a smooth, efficient experience.

Choose This over USB
Especially for a computer. In my experience, USB ports are unreliable and fussy. When I switched to SD Cards for storage the problems went away. This card has been very reliable for saving many video and music files for editing. If you have a problem writing to it you'll need to change the settings so your port does not time out. The quick fix is to unplug and replug it and use it immediately.
