can’t adjust
the product specifies as being adjustable but seems not to be. I tried taking out the pins with a plier and small screw and it doesn’t seem to budge. If anyone knows how to adjust it better please can you say

Ordered this bracelet in hopes of it being a present for my boyfriend. He wore it not even a week and one of the pieces fell off. I had higher expectations, very disappointed, was expecting better quality than this. I would like a refund for this item as soon as possible.

Ich habe keine Beschwerden über das Produkt, es ist ein cooles Armband, aber es hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Wahrscheinlich gefallen mir kurze/quadratische Glieder und viele davon besser, aber hier sind sie lang( Der Umfang meines Handgelenks beträgt genau 19 cm. Letztes Mal passte mir 19 cm nicht (ich weiß nicht warum), ich musste dieses Armband verkleinern (das ist keine Beschwerde) und dann passte es mir fast perfekt, ich denke, ein weiteres Glied muss nicht entfernt werden.
