Works well
This does actually work and has saved me considerable pain. It seems very expensive for what it is (and I also found it quite tricky to use before I figured out how to use it). But it works and has helped me to sleep in more comfort so I would recommend it

Falls Apart Quickly
It worked for a few nights, but then the pins came loose. I couldn’t reassemble them—such a pain!

Works for me
Easy to use, stays on tshirt all night. Bit awkward to turn over in bed, but that's just the nature of it. Sleeping better and although it hasn't cured my snoring my partner says it's a lot less.

Actually works.
I have snored badly for years and after I bought an app called Snore Lab which records the noise I make, I discovered I also suffer from sleep apnea. I worked out with the help of the app that sleeping with my mouth open and on my back were the main problems. The mouth problem was easily solved with surgical tape but I struggled to stop moving onto my back while asleep so the snoring continued. I had often read that taping a tennis ball to your back was helpful but it didn’t seem practical and I found that if went to sleep on my side with a bolster behind my back I would somehow move it in my sleep. Then I saw this device and thought it was worth a try. The ball is well designed and easy to fasten to your shirt (it doesn’t use magnets as one advert said) and it takes a bit of getting used to. I also found that if your shirt is very loose, during sleep you still find a way to get comfy on your back, so a t-shirt is best. The result has amazed me. The app recordings show that although I still have some periods of snoring, they are a quarter of what they were before, and the sleep apnea events are very short and infrequent. I thought the snore ball was a bit expensive but it’s well made and, most importantly, it works.

Crossing fingers…..updated review
Very well made, beautifully packaged. I’m sure this ingenious little item will help others who are sleep deprived because of a partner’s snoring. We’re persevering and hoping……update.…no snoring! The Ball works. Advice I would offer is, make sure ball is positioned high between shoulder blades and attached to a close fitting T-shirt or night shirt. If the wearer attaches to a loose fitting garment, the ball will just move to the side and the wearer will be able to lie on their back.

Fell apart on 4th attempt
Ok but not great. Needs to be bigger and more disruptive, you can lay on your back and not even feel itFell apart on 4 th night had to glue it in place on shirt

Stops me turning on to my back
It’s not uncomfortable and it clips easily on to night clothes. Sleeping on my side has stopped me snoring. Wish I’d bought one years ago

It seems to be working-ask my wife
It is early days, but certainly on the first two nights it has kept me from sleeping on my back. I am not snoring!
