Im used to Espresso before training. I only use coffee pre training and never after noon. I can handle strong caffeine.I bought this to add the additional nutrients into the mix. Simply put it works. Its high octane so even for experienced caffeine users this is rocket fuel. Do not exceed the dose as it will put you into the shakes. If you arent an experienced caffeine user then less than a scoop.Lost a star because its a small packet therefore it felt a bit short changed but given the size of scoop needed i suspect itll last a long time. Quality, value for money is good and id buy it again. It tastes similar to espresso. Slight chemical taste but very slight. Easy to drink.

Tried this daily for a while now and it gives you a real kick. I've been taking a 5g dose as i felt that was the best level of energy and performance. Highly recommend

Glad to see that it comes with a 5mg scoop in the packet so getting the dosing right is easy. Taste of the coffee is reasonable but noticeably different to 'regular' coffee. Have yet to notice any of the claimed benefits
