Liked the detergent however, if you have a large load of pretty dirty clothes or kids clothes on steroids you will have to use anywhere from 4 to 6 pumps and even then, depending on load size, you may have to wash again. For large loads I use 3 full pumps into a half cup measuring spoon. For med loads just 2 pumps. Clothes come out clean and fresh with stains removed. Some deep old stains I let them sit with detergent for 1/2 hr or so. Gave 4 stars because for large extra dirty loads I had to rewash at least 1 time. I have a commercial size Maytag washer. Tide did a much better job for these types of loads. Still it is an admirable luxury I do love.

The amount of detergent is great, lasts a long time. Smells great. It’s a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it if your looking for an alternative to other detergents.

I've used Laundress products for years. Maintains your fabric doesn't over powers with sticky residue. Great quality product.

I used to love The Laundress until the product quality issues happened. Decided I would give them a second chance. Although it is obvious the product has changed, I decided to order since I had a gift card that needed to be used before the 31st. Big mistake, as I never received my product. Amazon kept sending me fake updates about the delivery when in fact, the item hadn't even shipped. Then suddenly no updates and no help from support or from The Laundress. They sure were able to take my money though. It is so sad when you have a great company and then sell out to a major corporation, problems like this always happen, quality is ruined and customer service goes out the window. There are so many other luxury laundry brands out there now, I guess I will have to switch over.

My friend raved about this so I splurged. It is just OK. In my opinion, not worth the high price. I don't think I will splurge on this again.

Pros: Extremely nice scent; I tend to smell awful ammonia-like stench in majority of dishwashers and laundry detergents. The Laundress products don't give off these stench, and the fragrance is pleasant.Cons: You'll need to use a lot more than directed.

I LOVE this detergent. It has an awesome aroma and cleans well.However, the price is a bit on the high side and I have to use double the recommended (4 oz).Subtracting a star because of the pricing. It doesn’t bother my sensitive skin. It does have an aroma (heavenly) that might be a problem for people sensitive to fragrances.I do a lot of laundry and can’t justify over $80 for a gallon of detergent.Our water is very hard here and it takes more than 2 oz for a standard load.They don’t give a measuring cup. You could use one from another detergent.For the price, they should provide a measuring cup. Forget the squirt thing because they break!If the price were lowered to the high end of most detergents, I’d stock up on it. If they keep it in the $80 range for a gallon, I might buy a small bottle for special uses. I mean, who’d have ever thought that laundry detergent would be over $80 for a big jug?Love it and wish I didn’t. I’d love to hate it…
