Bit expensive,but does what its supposed to do.

It's rare that I take the time to review a purchase; however, despite my cynicism at paying approximately £42.00 for a sound absorbing mat weighing less than a pound, this product has quite literally transformed how I enjoy movies and now allows me to receive the joy of a smoothly delivered bass track that doesn't affect the structure of my environment; all of which, makes this an academic choice for anybody looking for that exact solution.

Good product. Definitely helped with the amount of complaints from the neighbour. But it can only dampen the base to a certain extent. If you go too high on volume be prepared for neighbours knocking on your door. It does make you subwoofer sound much better.

This unit gives you a little boost in the bass while absorbing unwanted bass vibrations

I changed from carpet to hard floors and my subwoofer acoustics changed markedly. Whilst different isn't necessarily wrong or bad, to my ear it just sounded a bit bloomey and overblown. I purchased one of these as part of a trial & error experiment see if I could dial the sound back in towards my preference. My sub has front firing driver with base mounted passive radiator diaphragm, and I have to say this plinth has given the subwoofer back its sound signature. It sounds tight, punchy and integrates well within the wider set up. Have turned the logo to the rear, but otherwise its a decent plinth.

Very expensive but also well made sturdy and they tamed my 400watt speakers

It is great product exactly doing what promises! Value for money, reduce vibration for my neighbours!

Though they don't look anything special, and the cheap labels fell off, I'm very pleased with the sonic result, at a very affordable price

This is an excellent product and I'm really glad that I got it. I wasn't aware until I received the product that it is slightly raised and this gives the opportunity for my subwoofer to fire more upward instead of that rumbling sound that a deep bass makes when it is on the floor. I purchased the larger one because I have a 10-in subwoofer and it works great. Would definitely buy again and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

Better than spikes

Ich habe viel Zeit damit verbracht, für meine Vintage Lautsprecher etwas zu finden, was Sinn macht. Nachdem ich gelesen hatte, dass Lautsprecher in den siebziger und achtziger Jahren primär konzipiert wurden, um auf dem Boden zu stehen und die heutigen Ständer den Bass viel zu viel schwächen, wollte ich unbedingt ein Podest beziehungsweise einen Winkel für die richtige Hör Position, und nicht einen Ständer. Das Produkt scheint genau das zu tun, was ich mir erhoffte. Optisch ist es absolut akzeptabel und akustisch bin ich sehr zufrieden, ich werde noch etwas weiter messen, um die richtigen Einstellungen vornehmen zu können. Wenn man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis anschaut, kann man sich wirklich nicht beklagen.
