These starting blocks is ideal for a beginner Sprinter.Fairly light set of blocks,not too heavy.You can easily adjust the blocks to suit the distance between the front block and the rear block to cater for someone's hight.You can easily adjust both blocks for the hight for comfortable feet placement whilst sitting in the blocks.All in all a good set of blocks for a beginner.

I’ve been looking everywhere for one but it’s so expensive everywhere I looked. My brother needed one for his track meet for school. Found this one on Amazon for way less than what the in-stores was trying to offer me. Ship fast no issues. Product really sturdy. Highly Recommend!!!!
