Not what they used to be.. it saddens me

I just installed this hair. The hair and color is perfect. What's not perfect was the links. The links were very hard to clamp, they slide down even having them completely flat, I ordered 3 different lengths of hair and the same issue with all 3. Also the ring (plastic part) was stuck to several extensions not what I got the last time I ordered these very disappointed
