Great product.
Cooler kept my cupcakes cool and kept from melting on this warm day at my outdoor vendor event. The case made displaying my cupcakes a seamless effort.

Perfect for what we wanted.
The shelves bow with any moderately weighted items and the glass has constant condensation on it (but that’s unavoidable in Florida.). Anti-fog does help some.Otherwise it works perfectly for what we wanted and will probably buy a KoolMore again when we need it.We also have a KoolMore small glass door refrigerator and it works great as well.

This is the perfect display case for our pastries/salads. It has kept the food nice and crisp. It has not fogged up. We love it! Greatest purchase ever! Totally recommend this brand!

Very poor
Real bad. The motor is screaming loud, fan broken, and does not get cold. Very poorly made. Do not buy this

Excellent product Great service
Koolmore service and warranty were excellent! Had trouble with Amazon erin help. Called Koolmore customer service and warranty number and had a technician call back within 10 minutes. They kept in touch by phone and email and sent a technician to check out the unit and also assisted with telephone trouble shooting. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and quality products. Multiple emails after to check it everything was ok. "Too bad amazon who actually handled the order did not respond at all" Buy the product and talk only with the company not amazon.

Doesn’t hold temperature at optimum setting
We are having problems with this display case as it won’t hold the temperature at it’s optimum setting. We are trying to keep the temperature at 40 degrees F but it keeps climbing up to 47 to 48 degrees.We feel that keeping food refrigerated in this case maybe unsafe..

Decent
Decent display. Looks really nice but the lighting inside makes the pastries inside look hazy. Also the reading on the thermometer fluctuates out of the blue. It definitely cools, but it goes from 41 to 54-55 even when the door is closed?Could possibly find a better option for the price? Wouldn't buy again.
