OK
These came quickly. A downside is they need to be plugged into a USB gadget all the time. Do they work? Didn't seem to for me.

Makes a red light, too soon to judge benefits
These Boltsafe earplugs produce a pinkish red light which shines into your ears. I do believe that red light therapy works (there is lots of information on the internet) but I am not yet in a position to judge whether these particular earplugs work. The information supplied about their potential benefits did not strike me as clear or logical. It seems to say that it helps with tinnitus only if caused by otitis media (ear infection). It does suggest that there may be all sorts of other health benefits though. On trying them, I found that they produced a slight feeling of warmth and a very quiet low pitched hum. Over the 30 minute period suggested, they became warmer and my husband agreed and also said that they made one ear ache, feeling uncomfortable for about 10 minutes afterwards (which is not necessarily a bad thing at all). There was no immediate benefit and I would not expect there to be. I interested to see that when I shone it directly into my forehead or temple above my eye, with my eye closed and the light blocked from view, I could still see the brightness, showing how the light can penetrate quite deeply. Do be careful using a single frequency light around your eyes though. I can also see the light shining through my hand in a dark room. A white light can do the same but still it shows how light can penetrate. The device draws power of 0.25 Watts according to our measurements. I could not verify the wavelength of the light. I was disappointed that they are supplied by a USB A rather than USB C connection so I couldn’t plug it into my computer, which would have been the ideal time to use it. Instead I have to sit near a charger or, better, connect it to my powerbank. The length of the lead is just under 1.5m, not too bad. If I observe any benefits I will update this review and increase the star rating.
