I had to give this one star only because it wouldn’t let me review without a star. I had ordered this shower head a couple of years ago. It is heavy duty with multiple settings and a power washing spout on top to rinse out the shower. We love it so much we bought one for our guest bath. First one came. Nothing like the original at all. Just a junky shower head and a hose. No brackets as listed. Cheap. Felt plastic. Definitely not worth the money they are charging! Immediately reordered a replacement. Exact same one came again. So frustrated. Returned both immediately and received a full refund. We found another shower head somewhere else. I suggest they either bring back the original version they sold, or change the description of the cheap one they are trying to pass off.

The first one I ordered came with a leak. I got a replacement and installed it and it seemed fine. However, the 2nd one is now leaking all over and gushing, not from the connection with the main faucet, but from the middle of the shower head which is supposed to move for angling purposes. Additionally, the item is SO POORLY MADE that it is no longer holding the shower head in place. This is NOT worth the money and I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Cheap price = Cheap product. Don't waste your money

This is a first for me with Amazon. The product was delivered missing the piece to hang the shower head. So it's basically useless unless i just hang it from the shower head with the hose. Oh well.....

The shower head works great! Note the finish is not matte, which I should have checked before ordering. The instructions were not detailed enough but I was able to install. I recommend for seller to improve that aspect by adding additional images and details. I installed without the packed flow regulator (again, because the instructions were a little bit sparse). My spouse definitely noticed, and I'll be reinstalling with the flow regulator. The swivel on the clamp is very helpful if you want more of a top-down angle (and an inch more reach to grab the showerhead). I needed a portable showerhead for our family (accessibility and pets).I purchased for a sale price and thus it is a good value for me. I recommend the quality of the product!

I bought one of these shower heads a year ago for my mother and she loves it. So now I bought one for myself and a different shower head arrived a cheap fake piece with no setting whatsoever.

Got junk plastic shower heads that look like I bought them at the dollar tree for $1. I DO NOT recommend this seller.
