I'm regularly constipated..been like this since a child. I always make sure I have these on hand. They're very effective without harsh stimulants that can really irritate you and be painful. These are gentle yet very effective and they're all natural. They work overnight so I get relief in the morning. I highly recommend these!

My doctor recommended these. Take exactly as directed, take one at night and the next day your right back on track. Sometimes I will take one the next night just to keep things moving, but have never had to take more. I go back to it once every couple of weeks. Great product.

I received my order in one day, took my first capsule last night, and had results this a.m.--like about 7 times, but I lost count. I have IBS-A, defined as "alternating" between diarrhea & constipation. It gets worse with age. I was desperate when I ordered this product but feel better tonight. I took another capsule tonight, so, fingers crossed 🤞 My concern is from reading that the aloe latex can be toxic, cause liver failure, & even death. My usual regimen was an alternating combo of 2-3 remedies before bed, including: Miralax knock-offs, psyllium seed, boiled prunes, senna tea, senna tablets, & more. The routine gets frustrating & the body refuses to respond after a while. It would probably be safer to just drink the aloe goopy stuff, but--yuck!!! I intend to follow the instructions on the bottle. A change of diet would help too. UPDATE: 1/19/2025. Yikes! I'm sorry that I had to return this product. I do not think it is the fault of the product or the manufacturer. My intestinal tract has been a mess since I was young & has worsened with age. I have IBS-A and/or IBD. One cannot expect a product to do "magic" for some issues. I recommend seeing a doctor and getting a colonoscopy if you are experiencing horrible bowel/colon issue as I am. There is no easy fix and experimenting is a gamble for sure! Good luck. Thank you Amazon for refunding my purchase.

It’s good for mild laxatives and has a licorice taste to it

I used to have a tough time dropping off the kids at the pool. The big guy always wanted to stay and I had to strain to push him out. Now I just sit patiently and watch them blissfully file out like soldiers jumping out of a C17. Really happy with the results. I take two capsules daily and I can lay some third rail before getting on the train.
