L’Oreal Paris Excellence Universal Nudes Permanent Hair Color, Ammonia Free Hair Dye for Gray Hair Coverage, 2N Natural Soft Black, 1 Hair Dye Kit

I previously had a copper tone in my hair and had to touch it up every two weeks. Over time my hair started to feel dry, damaged, and very frizzy from coloring it so often. I decided to try this shade hoping it would cover the previous color so I wouldn’t have to dye my hair as frequently. I’m really happy with the results. The color covered my copper tone very well and left my hair looking much more natural and even. One thing I really liked is the quality of the formula. My hair feels softer, looks healthier, and the shine is beautiful. It didn’t leave my hair feeling overly dry like some other dyes I’ve tried. I also loved that the kit includes a shampoo and conditioner. They made my hair feel very soft and helped add even more shine after coloring. It’s a really nice extra that helps your hair feel nourished after the dye process. I also included a before and after video so you can see the difference in color and how much healthier my hair looks now. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for good coverage and a shiny, healthier-looking finish.

This lightened my darker, previously dyed hair into a gorgeous golden light auburn brown—my hair really takes well to that pigment. I’m honestly so impressed. The color looks super natural and even, which surprised me since my bangs are very porous and usually turn out darker than the rest of my hair. Somehow this dye gave me a consistent result all over. I’m surprised it lightened my hair because it did seem quite damaged, so I didn’t think it was possible. I love the golden hue of this dye— it’s such a flattering tone. On top of that, my hair feels soft and healthy. With the ammonia-free Revlon, my hair always felt like straw and seemed more damaged afterward. But this dye left my hair feeling soft, not brittle, and that makes me so happy. It’s been about a week since I colored, and my hair still looks and feels great—no signs of the usual damage I’d expect after dyeing with revlon. This formula must be much gentler (though of course everyone’s hair can react differently I suppose?) I got the shade 7N and I truly love it. Please never change this formula, L’Oréal—it’s perfect! Update: I also tried the 6N light brown! If you leave it on a while, it will run quite dark like the other reviews say, but in my case it lightened up quick with hair washing! I think I'm going to stick with the 6N because in my case it was just a darker version of 7N which I like. But if you want to lighten hair, for sure go for the 7N or above. Anything under that, it will probably darken! I’ve also noticed, maybe it’s because I don’t do color care, the color does lighten over time on my hair, but I notice my hairs like this with any dye. My hairs happy so I’m happy, all I know is it’s better than the revlon I was using cuz my hair isn’t turning into a Sahara desert

This is my go to color now. I am a red head.. with some grays now that I am aging and this gets the stubborn grays and is closest to m y old natural color when younger. Red color fades fast.. so I recommend not washing as much .. and using a good dry shampoo. However this is my favorite new go to shade.

I colored my hair. It did not turn out like it shows on the box, but that is not the company or the products fault. I was blonde for years, but I Naturally have dark brown hair, so it always turns out very dark, no matter what dark color I use. It is still beautiful. Never, have I ever used a product on my hair that made it feel so clean, healthy, silky smooth and vibrant, or give my hair shine. It does all of that. I Naturally have thick, course, frizzy hair. Also, there were no fumes that took my breath away. I could actually breath. I am 100% happy with this product. I have already ordered more.

Great color 7 N but.. the color and developer don’t mix well in bottle, come out as clumps. Also, this color needs longer to develop than other colors.

I have been trying to get my hair this shade for years. I have only dried the front but the coverage is amazing! For reference my roots were darker brown, with grayish white hair, and the ends are lighter bc I was growing out from being blonde last year. I am so happy that the color is very even. The darker parts are still wet. I just hope it lasts a few weeks! I’m so impressed though! Bonus points for the ammonia free formula. Yay!

Great coverage on gray hair. Mixed in well with my color. Was easy to apply and the conditioner makes hair really soft. Smell wasn’t strong for me. Will buy again.

not a huge difference, i think next time I will have to bleach my hair. It helped cover some of the blonde highlights I had that I was sick of. Its almost a milky brown color. Photo 1: before photo 2: after

This hair dye is very good . Gentle on hair yet it give the desired color easily without any damage to the hair

gives long-lasting color with easy application and no skin irritation. I used it with my regular shampoo and washed my hair on alternate days — the color lasted about 2 months. The only downside is that the quantity is too much for one-time use, and it would be great to have a smaller single-use pack without the shampoo and conditioner. packaging, and delivery were all very good.

I recently switched to this product and its really one of the best in he maket. I have been using one time dyes which were just like open and dispose the leftover. While this one can be used multiple times. If you have slight grey hair, You can use it for at least 3 times. Just mix the quantity that you need.
