We truly LOVE this chair. Very easy to clean and just brings such an awesome vibe to our home office. We have cats, so we wanted something that they could not scratch up and this chair definitely suited that need. The toughest part was honestly just getting the box opened, crazy easy to assemble otherwise. We do recommend upgrading the wheels. I bought this chair to replace a padded drum throne that I sit on while practicing guitar. After 45 minutes my back would be killing me so I'd have to rest it constantly. I went in search of a chair to support my back, a footrest to raise my leg for playing and arms that would fold out of the way of the guitar. This is that chair. It is so comfortable I can play for hours with no discomfort. Feet up, arms up, leaning back with lumbar support. Swivel, adjustable, footrest folds underneath in a second. Fantastic product design and build. Japanese company. Highly recommended.

This chair is pretty, comfortable and seems well constructed except for one thing. Although it can do most of the things that the more expensive chairs do, it has a fatal flaw. It cannot hold its settings. The lumbar support, arm rests and headrest are held in the desired setting by plastic grooves that allow them to slip when the slightest pressure is put on them. The arm rests slip every time you put your hands on them and the lumbar support always slips to the bottom position as soon as I sit down.. Also, I personally don't like the look of the huge head rest. Too bad, 'cause it'd be a nice chair otherwise.

Excellent Chair. Plenty of adjustments and very comfortable. Also very easy to assemble. It came professionally packaged and protected like the quality product it is. Did a lot of research and for the money this is the best. Also looks great. I got it in Gray.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this chair, at the time there were quite a number of youtube reviews praising this chair and I had high hopes. At first, I liked this chair, I thought it was really comfortable with the foot rest and neck rests but there are some major issues that needs to be addresed before I can recommend this chair to others. After a couple of weeks with the chair, I noticed some pain points in my tailbone and lower back. Pros: - I really love how adjustable the headrest is, you can really dial in the headrest to fit you in different positions and situations - The arms recline with you, which I wish more chairs did. Nothing is more annoying than reclining in your chair and now the armrests are not in the ideal postion for lounging. - The controls for the chair, are reall easy to reach and I love that theyre built into the seat and now levers underneath the chair. CONS: - The mesh quality is not great. - The seating area is not wide enough, this coupled with the poor mesh quality ends up in a very uncomfortable sitting experience after long hours. I nose pressure right under the thighs and around the tailbone. - The lumbar support is far too agressive for me, even when dialed down to it's lowest setting. - The armrest pads are extremely firm, it's pretty painful on the elbows after long work sessions. - After about a little over a year, the back rest broke. While there's not a lot of rattle and flex with most parts of the chair, the back rest is only supported in two points, bost of which are attached near the arms. There isn't strong enough support int he middle to keep the back rest in place. All this right after the one year of warranty I had with the chair. All these cons, I don't think the pros can make up for. Especially considering the price of this chair, I think there are many other chairs I would recommend over this one. I have yet to try hinomi's chairs but I hope they revise the seat and support of this chair in their future iterations.

Purchased for my home office. Love, love, love this chair. I've gone through a few office chairs over the years, spending in the $200-$300 range, and never really fell in love with any of them. I got this one when it was on sale, obviously spending a bit more this time, but I am SO glad I did! Once you get it all adjusted, it is the most comfortable chair I have ever used! Excellent adjustability points - with CABLE type adjusters (usually only find this on much more expensive chairs!). I was worried about it being mostly plastic, but it feels very well engineered, using sturdy plastics. So far, I'm not worried about anything breaking.. very well constructed. Would recommend!

J'ai dû retourner cette chaise après seulement 3 jours d'utilisation, le soutien lombaire était insupportable. Le problème est qu'il est possible de le régler en hauteur mais pas en profondeur, et même en adaptant la hauteur il est trop avancé et me donne mal au dos en moins d'une heure. De manière plus générale la chaise est bien construite avec beaucoup d'autres réglages plus ou moins pertinents (je n'ai pas l'utilité de pouvoir récliner ma chaise de bureau à 140 degrés puisque je travaille dessus uniquement, mais le réglage de la profondeur d'assise est bienvenu), l'assise en maillage est ferme sans être inconfortable, mais pourrait ne pas être au goût de tous. Un autre défaut mineur, les bras sont un peu hauts à mon goût même à leur réglage le plus bas. En conclusion, je ne recommande pas l'achat de ce produit si vous ne pouvez pas le tester au préalable pour vérifier que le soutien lombaire ne vous gêne pas, sinon vous ne pourrez littéralement pas vous asseoir dessus.

Suggerimento importantissimo per Amazon: le certificazione di ciascun prodotto (ad es.: CE che garantisce fra l'altro la conformità alle direttive e ai regolamenti dell’Unione Europea, ISO, ecc...) dovrebbero essere messe in chiara evidenza e non disperse nella descrizione di un articolo così da facilitare e rendere edotto ciascun potenziale acquirente su alcuni importanti parametri di sicurezza e di qualità di un prodotto. Naturalmente ciò vale per questo così come per qualsiasi altro articolo presente nel catalogo Amazon.

Sedia comodissima, facile da montare, rispetta le aspettative, packaging strepitoso. Sono molto soddisfatto.
