Check your nose size before ordering!
I have a big nose! :) This puts too much pressure on my nose. But the face piece (plastic leather) is more comfortable than the original part.

Was concerned at first but it's good
It has the cushion just like I wanted but it doesn't seem to be adjustable like the original but that's fine for me, it fits my face very well and the cushion is exactly what made me buy it. Came with a bonus lens cover and it arrived faster than expected

Plastic above nose ruins it
The actual padding and build is fine, but the plastic around the nose is too small and harsh for my face, and I don't even have a large nose...The hard plastic just rides the bridge of my nose with enough pressure to make this way worse than the original cover, making this e-waste in my case.

Not That Comfortanle
After I bought my Quest 2 several years ago, I bought a foam cushion facial interface, which made the Quest 2 amazingly more comfortable. Now having bought the Quest 3, I bought the RGEEK facial interface (a different manufacturer) but found that this interface was only a bit more comfortable than what came with the Quest 3 alone. I found that there was still a lot of pressure on my face and hard to wear for more than an hour. I examined what was different between the Quest 2 and Quest 3 interfaces. I've put up two pictures showing the two interfaces. Both interfaces include a plastic piece that replaces the plastic piece in the Quest. For the Quest 2 interface, there is a portion of the foam cushion that is not backed up against a stiff plastic backing. But for the Quest 3 interface, the stiff plastic covers the foam backing completely. I can't say if this design is due to the Quest 3 or the foam interface. I would like to know if there is a foam interface for the Quest 3 that does a better job of making it comfortable.

Uncomfortable
Nope. Doesn't snap into the Quest properly, painful on the bridge of my average nose. Returning.

Good interface
Very comfortable but mine doesn't seem to snap in tightly but it does stay on and it's comfortable so 4/5

Good quality, reduces nose clearance
The material and construction are good; this is the only one available so far with PU leather & foam. The deal breaker is the design puts so much pressure on the nose that I can't use it. There's a hard "nose cone" where the OEM interface is open, reducing space significantly. It also seems to tilt downward into the nose as if the bottom half of the bracket should be a bit longer. Might work with modification; will update if I try it. Regardless, it will work for some subset of kids and adults with smaller noses, like those they apparently tested it on. :)

Comfortable
The foam eventually had no more bounce and was a bit flat. I bought another brand after
