The american brand that manufactured it outsourced its production overseas, china to be specific. The product has downgraded since then. Not for my beard anymore. The conditioner too was totally trash. The wash totally toasted my beautiful foot long beard in a single wash. I was worried that i would've to shave it, beard was completely dried out, frizzy and roughed. But after generous overnight castor oil applications and scissor chopping an inch of every split & damaged hair i somehow managed to save it. The fragrance used is same as in lizol sandal floor/bathroom cleaner 🤣 Amazon refunded the amount i spent on this after i complained about it. But honestly speaking even if they paid 50x that amount i wouldn't be happy if had to chop down my beard. For the last 15 years i have kept it and never shaved down completely since i began to grow a beard.

Shampoo and conditioner are very good does not take much to use this product

I've been using this for about a month and my hair had been insanely soft. The shampoo does a good job cleansing, like others have said it makes your hair "squeaky clean". The conditioner is thick. Some have said this is supposed to be for beards but I think it can be used for both. The scent is a little mellow compared to other tea tree shampoos but it's not a deal breaker for me. I like that it comes in a pump bottle, makes it easy to use in the shower

This set has been great for scalp care. The tea tree leaves a fresh, clean feeling without being too harsh, and the conditioner leaves hair soft without buildup. Took off one star because the bottles are a little hard to squeeze when they get low, but performance-wise? No complaints.

Update: the company sent me out a new batch and it works and smells awesome. Top notch customer service and I really appreciated the support. I recommend!!! I have been using this product for about a week now and I have to tell you it makes my hair soft but there is no smell. It is not like the previous tea tree oil products from other manufactures where it is quite pungent and makes your scalp tingle. Maybe I got a defective batch but I will not be a returning customer.

Me and my brother both have short haircuts, I’ve been using different shampoos and conditioners, and a lot of times they leave my hair, very dry and dandruff. My brother found this on Amazon and was like I need this! We’ve been using it for a little over two weeks now, and it actually leaves your hair refresh! When you get out of the shower, you have that feeling like your hair was washed and that it did its job! My brother is definitely going to be buying this again! Heck, I might be buying myself one!
