Prodotto ottimo come da garanzia lancome, fallace la rivendita

Il prodotto lo conoscevo già e ne ho testato la qualità. Peccato che mi sia arrivato senza spugnetta all'interno. Questo significa due cose: 1 che il prodotto non era sigillato come ci si aspetterebbe e 2 che il venditore non ha conservato e spedito il prodotto in maniera corretta. Non l'ho restituito per pigrizia, utilizzando la spugnetta dell'altro compatto acquistato precedentemente in una profumeria fisica.
