Not very powerful
This was just what I was looking for. Lightweight and easy to handle. I have only used it once and don’t think it will get a lot of use. If you’re a contractor you should probably get a more expensive router.

Perfect size for a medium hand
All too often palm sanders are so big around that you need 2 hands to hold them. This unit is the correct size for someone who prefers to hold it with one (medium size) hand which frees up your other hand to hold the material that is being routed. It comes complete with everything you'll need to start work immediately.

Good for a Beginner Like Me
I have never used a router before, so I have been having fun learning how to use this. I like all of the different parts that are provided. I feel like this is good model for a beginner like me or for somebody who will only be using it occasionally. However, if I was going to serious about using a tool like this, I would want to upgrade to something better.

Nice kit
This has a decent amount of power, definitely not the most powerful. The router isn’t too heavy and is easy to handle. It bolts on to router tables to pass wood through the blade easier. They do provide a nice assortment of router bits and accessories.

The only thing useful about this set is the accessories.
The plastic base flexes and shifts so much that I can't control where I'm cutting. The High angle collet with only one slot is almost impossible to tighten enough to hold the bit. The locking screw is on the shaft with the height adjustment gear, making it nearly impossible to set and lock the cutting depth accurately. This is what one classical woodworker called a "T.S.O." ( a Tool Shaped Object).

Light but OK
It is very light weight and not perfectly balanced so you get lots of vibration with anything but small bits and I got quite a bit of kickback. It can be used, and probably would be really good for a cheap DIY mini table mount but purely by hand isn't the most comfortable or easy. For this tier of router probably what you should expect. The depth setting and the guides rattle loose pretty easy from the vibration and you can only use the smallest of bits if you want good results. Not great but not terrible, it can get some work done. I primarily use a very large very old craftsman dual handled router so I figured I should try something at least newer. It is smaller so easier to move around but doesn't have the stability of a larger router and I wouldn't trust it on a large bit trying to do any large cuts.

Okay DIY hobbiest router
At 800w in a small size it's got a lot of vibration. Many pieces are plastic that would be metal on a higher end tool. The vibration can make this thing a handful if you are using any of the larger bits. It does work well on small projects through. It's got a narrow chassis so it fits in places my other routers don't. You'll need to keep a firm grip on it and not push it too hard and it can do most small tasks. The smaller size makes it easier to hold but you'll want to really grip it tightly as the vibration can let it easily slip off line. This would be a good choice if you have a small router table where it would be fixed in place and you'd move material past it.

Smoked and sparked after 15 min of use
The motor sparked, smoked, and lost power after about 15 min of use. Also, the included bits are extremely dull and may have contributed to the early motor failure due to increased load.
