Sound great with no noticeable lag. I haven't gone great distances, but at gigs where I leave the stage, I use a better one with a full sized, dual diversity receiver for live shows because I have found these dongle types don't have more than 20-25" range, but they work great fir what Ibuse them for. Review: A great affordable wireless system - NO MORE LONG CABLES!! - Do like Scott Uhl on youtube says and get a couple or 3 kinds--2.4GHz, 5.2GHz, and UHF--so you're covered no matter what environment you have to deal with. These mostly work EXCELLENTLY but do conflict with my router sometimes. They're easy to set up once you read the instructions and I'm perfectly happy with them at home and I LOVE not having to mess with cables! I just bought a new SWIFF UHF pair, I think that will be enough for me as I'm not playing gigs or with a real band. I'm not a sound snob and I think they're great! I have a piezo pickup on an acoustic mountain dulcimer.

Solid wireless unit
Bought this to use in worship services - switch between bass and electric, so it works the entire guitar frequency range. It is a solid unit, no noticeable latency…so far. Battery life has been excellent. Very solid value for the money.

Blew my mind
I barely knew that these types of devices existed, but using them was a game changer. This is one of two brads I tried, and they both worked on two different guitars. The device setup is easy and intuitive, and once you plug them into your guitar and amp, you are all set. The sound quality was surprisingly clear and loud, and you could hear every note and tone, as well as when you plug in with cables - at least in MY equipment. Your equipment will vary, because there many variables (your guitar's electronics, your amp, etc.) that will affect sound quality. If you're tired of cable clutter, get these!

No POP sound when disconnecting = very cool
This is my second 'cheap' wireless setup. My other one started having charging issues, so I tried this one. So far so good I guess I never realized how accustomed I'd become to hearing a loud POP whenever disconnecting a wireless unit or cable. This unit won't do that because of a tiny button on the shaft of the plug.....that little feature is pretty dang cool. I love it - totally worth the price of admission While I haven't put the battery to a true time test yet, it has not died on me at practice yet. Some practices are 3-4 hours long, like a gig, and again, no dead pack......yet. This is the main reason for my purchase of this unit - it's 6 hour rated time. I must add: I keep the receiver pack plugged into the charger all the time (on my pedalboard) and my transmitter gets recharged between practices. There is no noticeable latency. I have had trouble connecting once, but it was quickly resolved and never happened again. Probably a fluke, as I've been using this thing trouble free for about 3 weeks now. I thought the lights/controls were on the wrong side when I first started using this set, but now I am used to where they are and how I have to position or fold them in each kind of jack (like a boat jack on a Strat or a flat plug on a flat surface) so that my wiggly stick (trem bar) won't run into the pack. Still, the lights are hard to see when playing a Les Paul style....they're on the bottom, so....it's not easy with any of them I guess. Overall, it's been a great little purchase, well worth the price

Had it working in less than 5 minutes
Took it out of the package, it had a charge already, connected it to my guitar and amp, it connected and I was off and running. I am a little worried as my fellow musicians see it if they happen to buy one what the connections challenges might be like. I'm HOPING that if they are already connected at home when I go out the connection will ignore any other duplicate requests for a connection. It DOES take several hours to charge (5?) , and I get about 4 hours out of it.

Good sound.... if you can charge them.
I had high hopes for this system. Our bass player uses the same system and recommended it. I purchased one for myself and had to return it due to charging issues. One of the units would not charge correctly. I ordered another to replace it and it seemed to work fine for a couple of gigs. Unfortunately, this one has developed a charging issue as well. I believe that one side of the double charger is defective and you cannot charge both units at the same time with the supplied charging wire. REALLY disappointing. Looking at buying another brand instead.

Good for the price
Works well so far. Had a little problem pairing, but it found its frequency. Cheap but works well.
