Like....sound is spot-on. Good ear comfort.Cons.....I wear these for years and the clip to button to 7 pin ratio length is off. I may try to relocate clip along wire. Length to radio needs 3 more inches.

I work at a detention center so I use this everyday. I have had dozens of restraints and after two years and dozens of restraints the wire finally broke. I’m surprised it has lasted this long and has outlasted many of my coworkers sear pieces. I’m buying a second one so obviously I love it. It is also way more reliable than the earpieces issued to us.

The sound quality is good, the clip for the mic does not keep the mic where I need it for continuous quick access for my position as a security officer.

Good news is this product works well. Connected to my radio. Sound clarity is good. The messages I transmit are clear to my squad, so the mic clearly works well.The problem is the size of the earpiece. It is incredibly large and uncomfortable. It doesn’t sit well in my ear at all. Perhaps a redesign of the actual earpiece like those that are more contemporary would make this earpiece perfect.

I work in a very noisy environment and couldn't hear my handheld radio when it was clipped to my waistband. Problem solved with this item. Works great!!!
