Bought this product after going through all the video reviews by experts in youtube and other SMs. This was my first robot vacuum purchase by the way. The initial review was great. The product was working fine. The vacuuming and mopping was adequate for a small family household. The mapping and connectivity was hassle free. I was impressed. Then by the start of the third month, it stopped working. To be specific it stopped responding. None of the buttons work nor did the app. So I called the customer care and lodged a complaint. They regretfully told that it's not serviceable in my area (Kerala )and so they would pick up my device and send it to their place ( i think it was kolkata). So within 3 or 4 days they picked it up from my home. It reached them after another 3 or 4 days. After a few more days, I was informed that they have successfully serviced the device and they have sent it back to me. So I received the device and the surprising thing was when I turned on the device, it started working for a few minutes and it just stopped responding like before. The same issue has again come back. So I again started the whole process of calling them back. This time they said they will replace the entire product and send me a new one. Within a week or so they did exactly that and picked up the old one from me. So far the second product is working great. I have to mention one customer executive named Sanju who helped me through out the whole procedure. Even though they didn't have any near by service centres , their prompt online presence and availability have greatly compensated for that short coming. I am truely impressed by their customer service. So here are my ratings... Product quality and functionality: 5* Connectivity : 4* Service : 5* I would definitely recommend this to everyone..
