From what I can find out, no it would not because they are solder terminals.

Q: Are the teeth interchangeable? I don't want to buy two whole units, but I'd take one a several sets of teeth.

There are two diferent size openings in a single set of jaws to suit the different crimp sizes. Have used extensively with PH 2.0 connectors. After a bit of practice to get use to handling such small parts, worked very well giving consistent crimps strongly attached to the wires. This is very high quality, well made robust tool. Have no idea if different jaw sizes are available.

Q: Will this tool crimp molex 0.093 connectors

I have used it without any issues on such molex connectors. So for me the answer is yes. Specifically I used it for the following that I bought for a project. 2 Way Molex Connector Kit .093" 2 Pin Plug Socket & Terminals. I use the IWISS SN-28B version of the crimper
