Order this with your dashcam
If you're ordering a dash cam you might want to order this with it. It extends the rear camera cabled on many dash cam brands. It appears some dash cams are very frugal with their rear cable. I installed a dashcam in my Prius and RAM 1500 single cab. Booth needed extensions to get to the rear dash cam if you did a good job hiding the cable in the car. This one worked for both my dashcams. I had to wait to finish the installs because I didn't know the rear camera cables are kind of short for many cars. So this one worked out great and of course Amazon got it to me the next day. Got to love Amazon.
