Sanitary compared to other mechanical Bidets with the sprayer inside the toilet bowl.
We mounted ours on the wall adjacent to the toilet. We had a different Bidet with the sprayer inside the toilet bowl and it always had to have excrement cleaned off manually, the rinse thing didn't work very well. This Bidet also does DOUBLE DUTY. You can use it to spray the toilet bowl for cleaning two ways with the handle: pushing down like you would to spray yourself or pulling up, the spray is the same except with handle up it stays on until pushed back to neutral. No leaks, no problems. EXCEPT I did not realize that pipe coming from the toilet tank is plastic, I stripped the plastic grooves putting it on. Well it needed a new inside pump anyway and so then the sprayer connection went on perfectly. We really love it.

No issues, just kind of awkward to use
I had this sprayer unit installed on my toilet for several months, and it worked just fine, but it was a bit awkward to use. It was easy to install, but I was worried that the T-splitter connection wasn't going to last. That, however, was not an issue and I had no problems with leaking while the unit was installed. The biggest problem was reaching the sprayer when it was mounted on the side of the toilet tank. It was awkward to reach, and the supply hose made it kind of difficult to use the sprayer effectively. More than once, I or my wife would accidentally spray water on the wall or floor when grabbing the sprayer, or putting it back in the holder. Ultimately, I replaced this sprayer with one of the bidet attachments that mounts under the toilet seat, and that has proven to be much more effective and easy to use.

Very well-machined parts
I love the glossy finish and strong feedback of the trigger on this sprayer head. Installation was a breeze. The threads of the T-valve were easy to screw onto my toilet like they were meant to be together. The sprayer hits its target very well to get a nice squeaky cleaning. Would definitely get one again for the other toilets.
