Only a couple of weeks after installation, one of these lights has ceased functioning. I was delighted with their performance up to that point but, as you may imagine, am less so now. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact the seller directly so will resort to using a review to let them know what I think. The one star is for the light which is (currently) still working.UPDATE: Despite my not being able to contact them, the seller reached out to me directly regretting my experience and offering to send replacements. These arrived within 48 hours and have been installed. The light is very bright and does just what I need of them.

It seemed to work well for a year, then its now started tripping the RCD. Its outside but under the roof overhang so protected from direct rain, however it seems even that is too much for it. When it worked it is bright, but the sensor can be a little picky about the settings. That it failed after a year suggests the other one in the pack is going to fail soon as that one is in direct rain.

Bought two sets of 2x30 watt lights. First one lasted a month then stopped working. Second one lasted a week and tripped my electricity. Third one would not work due to earth leakage fault. Not worth the hassle. Do not buy.Amazon should stop selling them.

Bought to replace two solar powered LED lights that have died due to water ingress.Fitting for a DIYer with basic skills is quite simple. I'm not a fan of these new lights where you can't remove the cable and replace it with a longer one. I assume that's to keep the IP rating high. It just means that unless you plan to run the cable (1.5meters) immediately inside out of the weather you will need junction box(es) thereby simply moving the risk of water ingress over time further along the cable. They take a bit of time to set the time, sensitivity and how long they come on for but you can access the switches quite easily even when it is up on the wall which is better than some that can only be set by removing the unit from the wall.How long will they last?No idea but they are half the price of similar solar powered ones so if I get a couple of years I'll be happy.

Installed this today and it was very easy as I just disconnected the duff one and swapped it for the new one.Adjusted the sensor as it was coming on in daylight and it was job done.Update:I will be sending these back as they trip out my fuse box every time I try to adjust the sensor.The big plus was the length of cable that came attached which was a good metre or so.Installed one from another supplier last week and I had to move the fixing bracket nearer to the junction box because of the woefully short cable supplied.Nice set of unwanted extra holes in my facia board!All in all very pleased.Let’s see how long it lasts.

Don't bother, both units failed after around 6 months.2 Stars because they did actually work, for a time

Bought the pair and installed both, one at the front of the house and one at the rear. The rear light works great and only goes off when it should/ is set too, the front one tho has issues, it’s faulty, I have tried everything but it’s constantly triggering which isn’t very good a deterrent. The light that works is very good. Now I’m going to have to buy another one from somewhere and re-wire that one in.

Didn’t even make it to the end of the year. By Christmas lights stopped coming on. Seem to be full of water as can be seen from the photographs and that’s after I’ve drained it. Finally had them replaced today. At least Screwfix ones are sturdier and if they go wrong, they can go back. What a waste of money these were. Spent more time trying to get them to work and work the settings. Rubbish - in the bin where they belong.
