Delicious and fresh! I have about 2 teaspoons every morning on my toast. I was dealing with a lot of joint pain in my hands and hadn't be able to work on my painting for quite some time. I would wake up up every morning with stiff fingers that would ache all day long. Every morning I wake up to zero joint pain and have started working on my art projects once again!!! I had been purchasing bee pollen from the local co-op but they charged $1.90 per oz!!! This company is organic and more cost effective.

At the time I got it the price was good, and I wanted to try it, I don't know if we have any of the health benefits that are supposed to go along with eating this, but the flavor is pretty good. I have to sprinkle it on things I can't eat it straight. But I like the texture it adds to yogurt, and I mix it in with granola and dried fruit.

I went to Spain and they had bee pollen at their breakfast buffet. I love it in my coffee or yor guru. It so good for you! Tastes great!

pollen is too large I have to grind it to a powder to put in my dogs food and my smoothies and other foods.
