Very satisfied customer
I am a fitness instructor & I over work my knees. After speaking to a doctor for suggestions, he reccomended these capsules. He did say it takes time to see the results. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks to really notice a difference but I have had great relief! I can tell a huge difference. I was icing my knees every night but now I don't have to! I'm so happy to have found these! I see improvements each week. Since I started in the industry it took about 3 months of wear & tear to cause my inflammation so I'm assuming it will take about that long to get back to where I started!

Great for Tendonitis Subscapularis

4 or 5 stars for the "whole package"
Well, its 1 of 5 medicines my doctor prescribed me for sleep, n its(the whole package) the only thing that works on me.I never used it alone so cant tell what it is for (alone)exactly thats why 4 stars. It sets the sleeping cycle also, makes me wake up at 6 am, though for that i need to sleep earlier :)
