Summary: brilliant battery, don't even hesitate to buy it! An update in August 2025: the battery became defective (it happens, even with well-made products like this one). I contacted Jackery and they immediately sent a brand new one out as soon as I sent the bad one back. They were fast, friendly and responsive That's exactly what we need from people we buy from. I've got no hesitation in saying: buy from these guys with confidence: the product is excellent and the service is perfect I've bought loads of batteries that make claims about capacity and charging speed etc. This one - which I bought at a 25% discount - really does the business, it really does have the capacity it says it has. It charges my iPhone and iPad consistently fast, and it still has loads of charge left. It's annoying that we have to check whether these batteries have the capacity they claim to have, cos there's so much dishonesty around. But this one is truly great: it has a different type of battery in it to normal battery packs, and it's pretty heavy as a result, but I'm already completely confident that if I go away somewhere, I don't even need to worry about taking a charger with me, I just take the battery. It is well worth the extra cost for the extra reliability, genuine capacity, and (because of the different battery type), lasts much longer than ordinary batteries, which start to lose their charging capacity after a few years

Great bit of kit. Bought fir weekends away. Charges up my metal detecting stuff and camera kit fine. The solar panel is a bit awkward as it dosent fold very flat, but charges well.

Bought on a deal. Wouldn't buy at full price. But if you get it around £80 or less it's worth it. Compares well to other similar batteries. Charges well from mains or solar via USB C. Although with solar will take a while. Is very quick to charge devices on USB C. Holds over 310000 mhA. So about 10k more than UGreen one that retails at around £60. Small enough it fit in a rucksack. Update still like the product but have noticed a fault. When charging on usb c if the device runs out of battery it takes the charge from the device charging and drains it 😣. The UGreen one doesn't do that

A fantastic compact power bank, really powerful lightweight.

Big battery so takes a good while to charge unless you have high output charger. Great compact design simple to understand readout on the screen. Great for anyone who needs fast reliable power when you are out and about. I use for my rc hobby, Great for use with PD compatible lipo charger

When I first purchased a clearly second hand unit arrived with damage, it took Jackery over a month send out a replacement. The replacement now will not charge any faster than 1w after less than 2 months. Please avoid and purchase another manufacturer as the build quality and especially after sales service is awful
