Brilliant, powerful, reliable battery - and fantastic customer service
Summary: brilliant battery, don't even hesitate to buy it!An update in August 2025: the battery became defective (it happens, even with well-made products like this one). I contacted Jackery and they immediately sent a brand new one out as soon as I sent the bad one back. They were fast, friendly and responsiveThat's exactly what we need from people we buy from. I've got no hesitation in saying: buy from these guys with confidence: the product is excellent and the service is perfectI've bought loads of batteries that make claims about capacity and charging speed etc. This one - which I bought at a 25% discount - really does the business, it really does have the capacity it says it has. It charges my iPhone and iPad consistently fast, and it still has loads of charge left. It's annoying that we have to check whether these batteries have the capacity they claim to have, cos there's so much dishonesty around. But this one is truly great: it has a different type of battery in it to normal battery packs, and it's pretty heavy as a result, but I'm already completely confident that if I go away somewhere, I don't even need to worry about taking a charger with me, I just take the battery. It is well worth the extra cost for the extra reliability, genuine capacity, and (because of the different battery type), lasts much longer than ordinary batteries, which start to lose their charging capacity after a few years

Small but powerful
Love this mini Jackery. Been using it for a couple of months now. Notes on charging is that it is very fast in perfect situations and good anyway, just don’t expect the 100w max. I think I got 93w briefly but 35w is about average. It does also slow down in cold temperatures to around 15w. I may be wrong but I think this is the smallest power bank that you can use with a laptop? Which makes it great to put in your laptop bag on the go knowing you’re covered for your phone, tablet and laptop no matter what.

Perfect size
Compact but powerful—great for charging my phone, tablet, and even my laptop on the go. The LiFePO4 battery gives peace of mind and it holds charge really well. Ideal for business trips or camping, and light enough to carry anywhere. Exactly what I was looking for.

Good little battery that will fit in your bag
Bought on a deal. Wouldn't buy at full price. But if you get it around £80 or less it's worth it. Compares well to other similar batteries. Charges well from mains or solar via USB C. Although with solar will take a while. Is very quick to charge devices on USB C. Holds over 310000 mhA. So about 10k more than UGreen one that retails at around £60. Small enough it fit in a rucksack. Update still like the product but have noticed a fault. When charging on usb c if the device runs out of battery it takes the charge from the device charging and drains it 😣. The UGreen one doesn't do that

It works
This is an amazing piece of kit,it’s a bit slow to fully charge and that’s even using the lead they sent you but apart from that it’s ok really

Slow Charger
Despite this being a 100w device, I rarely get above 34w. The cable stopped working after <10 uses, and was replaced with 100w cable, still doesn't charge anywhere near 100w. I regularly get "slow charging" warnings from my devices when I use this.

Excellent for USB powered equipment/Mini Solar Station
Amazingly useful palm sized powerbank/solar generator. I made a battery top-up system using a leisure battery to more than triple the length of use away from power source- just need suitable cables and charger for it but it works extremely well.Works well with a foldable SolarSaga 40 and you can double the performance with 2 of these with a Y lead to halve the time, or really charge it efficiently with SolarSaga 100.
