lips so so so soft
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lip Balm B5 has become a staple in my skincare routine, and for good reason. As someone who struggles with dry, chapped lips, I've tried numerous lip balms, but this one stands out for its exceptional moisturizing and healing properties. The texture of the Cicaplast Lip Balm B5 is smooth and creamy, gliding effortlessly onto my lips without feeling greasy or heavy. It immediately provides a soothing sensation, alleviating dryness and restoring comfort. The formula, enriched with panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and shea butter, effectively nourishes and repairs damaged lips, promoting long-term hydration and preventing further dryness. What I appreciate most about this lip balm is its effectiveness in both protecting and repairing my lips. Whether I'm dealing with harsh weather conditions or recovering from sun exposure, it provides a reliable barrier that keeps my lips soft and supple throughout the day. It also works well as a base for lipstick, ensuring smooth application without compromising hydration.Additionally, La Roche-Posay's commitment to sensitive skin is evident in this product. The Cicaplast Lip Balm B5 is fragrance-free and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for even the most sensitive lips.Overall, La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lip Balm B5 has earned its place as a top-tier lip care solution in my beauty arsenal. It's a must-have for anyone seeking a gentle yet effective lip balm that delivers lasting hydration and repair.

Love this lip balm! Love the cicaplast line, it’s great for my skin. I’m on my second tube and will continue to repurchase. Hydrates my lips really well and lasts. Easy to use.

I love this brand, but this is just fine
I feel like this never really *absorbs* into my lips, I've never tried a balm that just felt like it sits on top of my skin for a long time. I do think it is fine lip balm though, it looks and feels nice when its on and it can help with some dryness but it does transfer *very* easily if your drinking or anything. I have chronically dry lips, horrible peeling, and I've been looking for something to really help hydrate and repair my lips, and this is personally not it for me. I do think it helps a little bit especially if youre reapplying a lot through the day. I think the price could also be knocked down a few dollars. I had really high expectations because I adore this brands skincare, but this did nothing special, but everyone is different!

Great Balm
I picked up the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Lip Balm B5 after hearing good things, and I’m honestly really glad I did. My lips were super dry and cracked—especially with the weather changes—and nothing seemed to help for more than an hour. But this balm was a game-changer.It goes on smooth, not sticky or greasy, and has no strong smell or taste, which I really appreciate. My lips felt soothed instantly, and after just a couple of days, they looked and felt so much healthier. It’s gentle, moisturizing, and just does what it promises without any fuss.I also love that it’s great under lipstick or on its own. For the price and quality, this has definitely become a new favorite in my skincare routine.

Doesn’t last.
Not bad, not great. This feels moisturizing for about five minutes. Then it doesn’t. I’m constantly re-applying and it’s hard to get out of the tube. For the price, it should be longer lasting. You also need quite the amount for one application due to its thick consistency so this is going to be empty rather fast. Won’t repurchase. There are better options.

Love This Lip Balm
i dead with eczema and psoriasis all over my body and it suddenly spread to my top lip with no warning. i usually use the topicals lip balm and while that would hydrate my lips, it couldn’t fight the eczema. i got this stuff in tuesday at 6pm. by 9pm my lips were 90% better, and by wednesday morning (today) my lips were 99% healed and back to normal. it is not shiny like i prefer my lip balms to be, so if you are a gloss person like me this is not for you or you will need to layer something else on top of it. but if you need intense healing, this is definitely the go to. i have to reapply frequently but i reapply all of my lip balms frequently so to me that is not an issue. it tastes like lotion, i would not kiss my fiancé straight after applying it, but it does not get in your mouth and there is not a smell. highly recommend this for anyone struggling with intense lip dryness.

Warm or Cold, still great other way along with their other products.
I have tried everything for years to help me get rid of the dry spot on my lips that I got from constantly picking at my lips and ripping skin from anxiety (kind of the same concept of some biting their nails). And this is the only thing that has helped me with the dryness also with stopping from picking on my lips absentmindedly without realizing it. I will say that you definitely need to warm it with body heat if you want it to come out super easy but other than that I didn't feel like it was too hard to take out of the tube when cold since it also helped me conserve not overly squeezing to much at once without realizing it. Definitely buying it again.
