Bad product
Recieved a defected piece and no option to return. Please no one has replied for the installation and service

Brand person installed it it was very easy

I bought this product few months back. Then I noticed some change in water taste and temperature. I logged the case and service engineer told me that water outlet valve is not working, water reversed back to tank and that damages the membrane. And now they are asking me to pay for spare parts. Product is still under warranty. I escalated the issue, so they forwarded my request for approval and it's still pending. :( Again facing the same issue and I logged the complained on 28-Oct-24 but no service engineer scheduled to visit. I called customer care and escalated the issue twice but no help. Product quality is very bad and so is the service.
